Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following cases:

Demo request form

First name, last name, professional email address, company name, phone number, optional message. This data is necessary to process your request and schedule a demonstration.

Anonymous browsing statistics (Umami)

Pages visited, traffic source, country, device type — collected via Umami Analytics, hosted on our own infrastructure. No cookies set, no personal data collected, no cross-session tracking. Does not require consent.

Advertising measurement (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

Pages visited, IP address, browser and device characteristics, and the LinkedIn member ID where applicable — collected by LinkedIn through third-party cookies to measure our advertising campaign performance and build retargeting audiences. This tracker is only loaded after your explicit consent, and stays inactive if you decline.

•Cloudflare Inc. — Website hosting (Cloudflare Pages). Server logs retained per their standard policy.

No data is sold to third parties.

Retention Period

•Demo form data (Pipedrive CRM): 3 years from last contact.

•Umami statistics: aggregated data retained indefinitely, no personal data.

•Preference cookies (ov-lang, ov-consent): 1 year.

•LinkedIn cookies (if consented): up to 12 months depending on the cookie, durations set by LinkedIn.
